23 Minutes in Hell was Written by Bill Wiese

Soul Choice Ministries is different from other ministries in the fact that its primary focus is educating people on the afterlife and what will happen after death. Although many shy away from this topic, Soul Choice Ministries founder Bill Wiese believes it is crucial to believers in the Christian faith. After a life-changing experience several years ago, Bill Wiese wrote his first book, 23 Minutes in Hell.
